Join me on a wild adventure to North Wales as I photograph queen bees up close for the very first time! 🐝 In collaboration with @BlackMountainHoney I set out to capture detailed macro shots of these elusive queens using the OM System OM-1 Mark II, 90mm macro lens, and Godox flash setup. From battling the wind to dealing with flying queens, this session had it all. Watch as we navigate the challenges of photographing bees in a live hive environment and find out how we adapted on the fly to get the shots we come for.
