In this video, I take on the challenge of creating a Fine Art landscape masterpiece from an otherwise uninspiring subject, and in terrible conditions. This turned out to be my toughest challenge yet! A few days ago, I set out to photograph a little-known UK boat wreck, hoping to capture it in my signature Fine Art style. But from the start, everything was against me. The weather offered no help: the light was poor, the high tide was unusually low, and the sky was bright and completely cloudless. And that was just day one. Determined to improve on my first attempt, I returned the following day. Unfortunately, the conditions were no better, just different. The blue, cloudless sky had been replaced by a flat grey blanket. It was windy, bitterly cold, and, just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, the rain arrived. I do love a challenge, but this one really pushed me!
